When taking MDMA it is often practice to take a larger dose (the recommended dose seen below) to start of with & then to take a much much smaller dose later.
For 1st time users, 80-100mg is a recommended safer dosage. It is common to split a pill apart to encourage an easier 'come up' and/or minimise the risk of a negative experience.
Another recommended dose is your body weight in kilos (kg) + 50mg
Example: If I weigh 60kg, I'll add 50 to that & my recommended dose would be 110mg
Interactions:
When taking drugs whilst on medication, drinking alcohol or using any other substance in recent can have very dangerous interactions when mixed. Extreme caution is nessecary in order to avoid accidental overdose. MDMA is mostly used in a small pressed pill like form. Often they have a logo/ some kind of small picture pressed into it. This also makes it a lot harder to accurately range the doses, some single pills far exceeding over double the recommended dose.
Detect-ability:
MDMA can generally be detected from urine tests up to 4 days after taking it.
